Features

What DAR can do for your organisation

DAR is modular. The available components are adapted to the way your organisation works.

01

Shareholders and shares

Manage profiles, share types, issues, transfers and withdrawals in one coherent register.

02

Subscriptions and payments

Connect subscription forms and incoming payments to your administrative follow-up.

03

Dividends and taxation

Support dividend calculations, allocations, payment files and tax documents.

04

Portal and communication

Give members access to their data and documents according to your chosen setup.

05

Reporting and exports

Create targeted overviews and data files for checks, governance and further processing.

06

Integrations and automation

Exchange data with supported external systems. CiviCRM offers the most advanced integration and is currently used mainly with full service. A Mailchimp plugin is also available.

07

An extensible setup

Add deposits, gift shares, general meetings, bonds and loans where relevant.

Software and support

Choose the level of support you need

You can manage DAR entirely in-house or combine it with support from Hefboom. Tasks are divided according to your organisation’s knowledge, capacity and needs.

Self-service

Your organisation manages DAR

Your own DAR administrator handles the day-to-day work, with Hefboom supporting the setup. The Dutch-language manual and knowledge base provide practical procedures, explanations and troubleshooting help. Other questions can be submitted to Hefboom through the DAR helpdesk.

Full service

Hefboom provides the agreed services

Alongside managing DAR, Hefboom can monitor the shareholder mailbox, provide telephone availability, handle the administration of general meetings and support board members. The precise division of tasks is agreed together.

Costs

A clear basis, extended to fit the way you work

The final cost depends on the size, configuration and level of support your organisation needs.

Self-service

Annual contribution according to the current price scale

For organisations that carry out the day-to-day administration themselves.

  • Hosting and security updates
  • General maintenance of the DAR platform
  • Coordination and a basic helpdesk package
The contribution depends on the applicable category and indexation. Initial intake, technical implementation, migration, custom work and any membership conditions are not included.
Full service

Tailored quotation

For organisations that entrust agreed parts of their shareholder operations to Hefboom.

  • DAR management: admissions, transactions, dividends, taxation, documents and reporting
  • Monitoring the shareholder mailbox and optional telephone availability
  • Administrative organisation of general meetings and governance support
  • Pricing based on size, languages and selected services
The scope of services is defined contractually. New features, exceptional work and customer-specific software changes are agreed separately.
